its a soggy morning Atlanta. I have the house to myself for the day. I think I’m going down YouTube rabbit holes (here is Angus Young explaining how he plays and that AC/DC is not an “electrified folk band”), going to get my hair cut and fix the exhaust leak on the Mini. What are you up to?

Fair enough. It’s a complicated deal either way. I tend to think that things work better when barriers are removed or reduced, but I understand some of the issues that would make it attractive for the UK to withdraw.

I’m planning to take an online college test, get certified in a research ethics by doing an online  training, go out for lunch so that I leave the house today and probably play some video games or watch a movie at home. It’s the weekend so I might through a nap in there probably after lunch.

Work. Just like every Saturday. Retail sucks. And my department coworker is on vacation so it’s just me. And we’re busy, I have three vehicles to teach today. All scheduled so that I probably won’t get a chance to eat lunch. And that also means I am fucked if people don’t arrive when they are supposed to.

Originally had planned to go to the Chicago Auto Show with a friend, but since returning from overseas last week, I’ve been a sickly mess.

Was also going to give same friend an old engineering workatation with a (full legal!) NX install, so he can work on his modeling skills. Still need to do that, it’s win-win, gets it out of my basement and does him good.

I’ll probably end up running the cars through a wash bay for a little salt removal and working on chores at home.

Getting on a plane in SFO to fly home to Auckland. Hawaiian airlines via Honolulu - its 4 hours longer than the direct flight, but it’s a daytime one: I hate sleeping in planes.
